Yantra Construction Retreat

Enjoy a lovely time in the Joy Emporium engaging in the ancient art of geometry construction with your friends. We will gather and start with a Yoga warm up to open our bodies and gather our focus. I will guide you step by step through the construction of a chosen Yantra. Mid way through we will break for a vegetarian gf feast. This workshop is open to all abilities. Geometry has the power to open new pathways in the mind and invite new perspectives and altered states of consciousness. We are all made up of stardust and math is the language that weaves and binds all of us together. Yantra is the physical manifestation of a Mantra. Yantra makes for an excellent image for meditation and manifestation.

These retreats are ideal for friends and family celebrating a major event in life. A wedding, birth of a child, a birthday or significant life transition. I can talk with you and look at astrology to determine which Yantra we will create.
